Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat Pit Boss® Griddle to 350°F.
  2. On griddle, grill brats, covered, turning occasionally for 10 minutes or until browned. Add ½ cup water; cover and cook for 5 additional minutes or until the internal temperature is 160°F, turning occasionally.
  3. Place baking pan on griddle; add beans and bacon. Cover and cook until heated through; 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, on the griddle, sauté onions in oil until tender. Add to the baked beans mixture.
  4. Add brats to baked beans hot tub. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Serve with buns.
