Egg Roll Bowl

  • 1 package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Original Bratwurst, casings removed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) tri-colored coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Drain if desired.
  2. Add the oil, garlic, ginger and onion; cook and stir about 4 minutes.
  3. Add the carrots, coleslaw mix, soy sauce and sriracha; mix ingredients together. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally; about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve in bowl garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
