Foil Pack Sausage Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 package (13.5 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Smoked Rope Sausage or Polish Kielbasa Smoked Rope Sausage, cut into bias-slice pieces or 1 package (10 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Smoked Sausage Slices or Polish Kielbasa Slices
  • 1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped purple cabbage
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1-1/2 cups sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Hot cooked rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sausage, zucchini, pepper, cabbage, carrots and onion. Toss with sweet and sour sauce.
  3. Spoon into a double thickness of foil; cover and seal. Grill 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds. Immediately serve with some freshly cooked rice.
