  • 2 packages (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Irish O’ Garlic Sausage
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 bottles (12 ounces) Guinness® Extra Stout beer
  • 10 brat buns
  • 1 heavy duty foil baking pan (14 in. x 10 in. x 3 in.)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place foil baking pan over medium heat on a gas or charcoal grill, add butter. Grill until butter is melted.
  2. Add onions; cover with foil and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until onions are tender. Add beer; hold, uncovered on grill.
  3. Prepare sausage according to package directions.
  4. When sausages are cooked, place into hot tub.
  5. Serve each sausage with onions on a bun.
