Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 package (13.5 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Smoked Rope Sausage; cut ¾-inch coinslice pieces
  • 2 fresh peaches, pitted and quartered
  • ½ large red onion, cubed
  • 1 large green bell pepper and 1 large red bell pepper, cubed
  • Prepared balsamic glaze
  • Skewers

Cooking Instructions

  1. Thread the sausage, vegetables and peaches alternately on skewers.
  2. Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until sausage is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender; turning frequently.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
