Sausage Chips and Honey Mustard Dip

Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place sausage in the freezer for 25 to 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  3. When sausage is firm, but not completely frozen, carefully cut, on a diagonal, into very thin slices.
  4. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper; arrange sausage slices in a single layer on baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes; using tongs to turn slices over.
  6. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned; drain on paper towels.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard and honey.
  8. Serve with sausage chips.

Air Fryer Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390ºF for 3 minutes.
  2. Place half the sausage slices into preheated air fryer.
  3. Cook at 390ºF for 5 minutes or until browned.
  4. Repeat with remaining slices.
