Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 links JOHNSONVILLE Country Recipe Smoked Breakfast Sausage , cut into thin bias-slice pieces
  • 1 package (8.8 ounces) original Naan (2 pieces) or 5 mini round Naan (4-inches) flatbreads
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup quick cooking oats
  • 1-½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place naan breads on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, blend the butter, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and salt. Divide mixture and evenly distribute over the 2 pieces of naan (bubble side up).
  4. Divide sausage slices and pecans among two pieces of naan, evenly distributing them on top of oat mixture.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges of naan are brown and sausage pieces begin to caramelize.

  1. In a small bowl, whisk 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Add more milk, a few drops at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency.
  2. Drizzle flatbreads with icing.
