Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat Pit Boss® Griddle to 350°F.
  2. On griddle, brown brats, covered, turning occasionally for 10 minutes. Add ½ cup water; cover and cook turning occasionally for 5 additional minutes or until temperature reads 160°F. Cut into bias-slice pieces.
  3. On the Pit Boss® Griddle, cook and stir red bell peppers and jalapenos until crisp-tender. Transfer to a large skillet; add beans, cook and stir until heated through.
  4. On a serving tray, layer the tortilla chips, brat slices, beans mixture. Drizzle with cheese sauce.
  5. Drizzle with Jalapeno Ranch dressing.
