What You’ll Need:

1 package Johnsonville Oktoberfest Beer Brats

2–3 cans of Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest beer

1 heavy-duty foil baking pan (11 x 9 x 2 ⅜ in.)

2 tablespoons butter

1 large yellow or white onion, sliced

10 brat buns
Directions:

Grill your Johnsonville Oktoberfest Brats according to the package directions.

Once cooked, transfer the brats to your foil pan.

Pour in the Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest beer, toss in the butter and onions.
