  1. In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, chili powder and mayonnaise. Stir in corn and set aside.
  2. Divide sausage into 8 portions and form each into a patty.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place a sausage patty on the pan, then immediately place the tortilla directly over the top.
  4. Using a spatula, firmly press down on the tortilla to flatten the sausage as much as possible. Wiggle the spatula slightly to spread the meat evenly.
  5. Continue to press intermittently for 2-3 minutes, until the sausage is browned and cooked through.
  6. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, and repeat for 7 other patties, draining excess grease from skillet as needed.
  8. Fill each taco with corn mixture and top with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
