  1. Make Dr. Pepper glaze: Pour Dr. Pepper into a small saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat until reduced by half; about 7 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and BBQ sauce. Bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes to dissolve the sugar then remove from the heat. Set aside.
  2. Cut each sausage link into 5 pieces.
  3. Thread the sausage, pineapple, and vegetables alternately on skewers. Lightly brush with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until sausage is heated through and vegetables are crisp tender; turning frequently.
  5. Brush with Dr. Pepper glaze and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
