This easy dinner is filled with Johnsonville® Sausage, potatoes, veggies, and savory seasonings, plus all the magic happens in one dish, for the quickest cleanup imaginable. The Polish Kielbasa has the perfect blend of spices to complement the other flavors. It’s a hearty meal that’s perfect for any night of the week.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On the prepared baking sheet, combine the Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa, potatoes, carrots, and onion. Add the olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano. Toss until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the beef broth, flour, and melted butter until well combined. Pour over the sausage-vegetable mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. 
  4. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
