Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wrap a sausage strip around each Andouille slice; securing with a toothpick.
  3. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place one cube of cream cheese and one cube of Colby-Jack cheese in each shooter.
  4. Bake until sausage and cheese are browned; about 20 minutes.
  5. Top with the mustard, green onions and red peppers. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
