This recipe combines hash browns, fluffy eggs, and fantastic Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage. It’s sure to be a family favorite

Directions

  1. Cook sausage according to package directions; cool slightly and cut 1/4-inch coin-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the hash browns, sausage pieces, cheese, red pepper and green onions; mix well.
  4. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350˚F for 65 to 70 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
