This flavor-packed quiche is ready-to-eat or can be crafted for patrons to take and bake in the morning for a no-fuss brunch that includes Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage, freshly cracked eggs, mushrooms, peppers, and cheese in a flaky crust.

  1. Cook sausage according to package directions; cool slightly, cut coin-slice pieces and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook and stir onions and mushrooms in oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until caramelized; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk; add the hash browns, cheese, cherry peppers, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the sausage, mushrooms and onions; pour into pie crust.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 17-20 minutes until set.
  6. Sprinkle with chives.
