  1. Thaw product prior to cooking.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-low temperature.
  3. Add sausage and grill covered for 18-22 minutes until sausage is browned and the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F, turning sausage often.

  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  3. Place sausage on a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 19-21 minutes until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is at least 160°F, turning sausage once.
